What MyVistaHome provides
MyVistaHome provides inspiration, AI-assisted visual concepts, project organisation, design briefs, professional discovery and a customer portal for VistaCalc quotations. MyVistaHome does not itself provide architectural certification, structural advice, site measurement or a professional quotation.
Customer responsibilities
Provide information you are authorised to share, do not upload unlawful or infringing content, confirm important measurements and project facts, and obtain professional verification before purchasing materials or starting work.
AI and Vastu information
AI images and AI-assisted Vastu observations are awareness and inspiration tools. They may be incomplete or incorrect. A qualified architect, engineer, interior professional or Vastu consultant must verify feasibility, safety, compliance and final decisions.
Prices and quotations
MyVistaHome does not set professional rates, quantities, GST, discounts or final totals. Each professional controls their VistaCalc quotation. Compare scope, exclusions, materials, warranty and timeline—not only the total.
Professional profiles and content
Verification badges describe checks completed by the platform and are not a guarantee of workmanship, availability or project outcome. Professionals remain responsible for their claims, registrations, portfolio rights, services and agreements with customers.
Customer and professional relationship
Selecting or contacting a professional does not make that professional an employee or agent of MyVistaHome. Project contracts, site execution, payments, warranties and disputes remain between the customer and professional unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private content, impersonate another person, misuse invitation links, publish harmful content or use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
Availability and changes
Pilot features, AI providers, professional availability and service areas may change. Saved work will be handled reasonably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms should be communicated clearly.
